By request we made this kit available for people who were converting their early Jeeps, Scouts, and other vintage 4x4's to the S-10 4.3 / 4L60 / NP233 drivetrain. It has also been used to convert 3 button electric S10 Pickups to Manual Shift.
This conversion kit is for removing the encoder motor from your New Process 233. We have found over the years that the encoder motors are the weakest point on all New Process 233 Transfer Cases. Our kit comes with all the required linkage, mounting plates and wiring. This builder kit also includes extra parts for fabricating a custom shifter mounting plate.
